Thanks so much for your interest in applying for a Virtual Web Property Rental Model.

Renting a Web Property (website) from us is easy. We have several predesigned Site Properties available and ready to house your content. Our Web Models consist of template modification and custom designs to allow a Domain Name Owner to establish affordable and fast web presence.

The "Rental Application" webpage contains several links for you to choose from for additional assistance. Choose the "Model Inquiry" link to submit an inquiry request. See Sample.

✓ Our Virtual Rental Models are on display for you to search through and find the one that fits your needs and or occasion.

✓ After you locate the Model you are interested in, click the "Rent" link to navigate to the "Rental Application" webpage.

Next, before you rent any of our Web Properties (websites), it is important for us all to be on the same page before conducting business together. You will be required to submit an application, and to agree to the terms and conditions of our services before entering any agreement.

A few things to note before applying:

✓ You must be 18 and over to complete an application form.

✓ You will not be able to rent or from us if you are a former Client or Customer who left on not-so-favorable terms.

✓ The Setup and Admin fee is $49.00 per Virtual Property rental. This fee is non-refundable.

✓ A hold deposit in the amount of the first month's rental payment is required to remove the Virtual Property from our Model Listings for an approved applicant.

✓ All deposits collected are date and time stamped and the first one paid will secure the Virtual Model.

✓ The hold deposit will be credited towards the first month's rental payment. If you cancel your hold or otherwise decide not to rent the Virtual Property, a prorated portion of the hold deposit will be forfeited. The prorated amount will be charged for each day the Virtual Property was held off the market and will be calculated based upon a thirty day basis.

✓ When the application and all fees have been paid and submitted, we will begin reviewing your application.

Good News! Here is the only major work that you will have to do. Gather up your content and send it to us via email using your primary email address (email on file with us).

Key Points Regarding Content Submission:

1. You agree to supply/provide/submit all necessary content needed to complete your Web Property Rental per your Virtual Renter's Contractual Agreement.

2. Content must be provided by you, the Virtual Tenant unless you order Web Content Creation Services.

3. Content must be free of copyright infringements. Your Content must be original.

4. Content must be ready for submission upon registration. Do not sign up for a Rental Property unless you are ready to launch within 72 hours.

You, Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and understand:

1. You have only 3 days or 72 hours after "reward" date to submit content. This period is known as the "Move-In" stage.

2. Content submitted after the Move-In stage will be processed under Mini WIP Services.

3. Virtual Model will remain on the Website Listing, but an "unavailable" message will be displayed to avoid "double virtual occupancy".

4. Rental payments are expected to be made on time, even if you miss the "Launch" date.

✓ After you've submitted all content needed to publish your Web Rental, the only thing to do next is to redirect your energy towards working on important tasks while we do the work.

✓ You will be contacted via email or phone if there are any questions or concerns that may delay the launching of your Virtual Rental Property.
