Website Rental & Leasing Services Terms

Submitting Content for Inclusion:

8.1. You, the Virtual Tenant is solely responsible for supplying Web Rental/Lease content, to include text, images, payment links etc. We (Website Rental Services) are not responsible for writing the content and/or conducting research of submitted content. We'll be happy to help though, and in addition to your initial Setup fee of $49.00, we will charge you at $45.00 per hour for Content Writing Services.

8.2. When submitting content for Virtual Rental/Lease Property inclusion, you, Virtual Tenant, must follow the Virtual Model design you rented or leased with ‘Basic Customizations’ being requested.

8.3. Sending content for your Virtual Rental/Lease Property in abundance and expect for us to "figure out" what content you want to use is prohibited. We require that you send to us the appropriate amount of content that you plan to include.

8.4. These ‘Basic Customizations’ Include:

Replacing text content.

(a) Original and authentic text content for designated webpage(s) will be supplied by you, and executed as specified by you, the Virtual Tenant. It is agreed and understood - textual content that is not original will be rejected, or require an electronic signature from you accepting all liability and responsibility for using copyrighted text.

(b) Words of text must be (200 words per page approximate maximum).

(d) Font style changes may be requested if a specific font is desired instead of the basic font.

*Please note that font styles found on the internet may be subjected to copyright terms. If the font you are requested is under copyright, you are required to purchase the license to use the font on your Virtual Rental/Lease Property.

Replacing image content

8.5. Graphics or photos beyond the allowed average of 1.3 per webpage (or allotted photos according to the chosen Web Property Package) shall be licensed at an additional $10.00 each.

8.6. Where custom graphic work (beyond the scope of the "Custom Graphics Package" is requested, it will be billed at the hourly rate starting at $45.00.

8.7. Additional services and prices of products or services not included in your Virtual Rental/Lease Property are detailed in a separate document or email if requested.tion and follow up feedback via phone, in person, or email between Website Rental Services and You, the Virtual Tenant, is necessary to complete assignments on a timely basis and is a huge factor in the estimated timeline.
