WEBSITE RENTAL PAUSING AND TERMINATION TERMS
Pausing Services
14.1. You, the Virtual Tenant, may request to "Pause" your services at anytime. During the "Pause" status, your Virtual Rental/Lease Property is taken offline, and an "Under Maintenance" webpage will be visible to the public; Site Visitors will not be able to see your Virtual Rental/Lease Property. To "Pause" your Site's visibility, submit your request via ticket using the WIP Forum.
14.2. There is no-additional charge for pausing your Virtual Rental/Lease Property, but, there is an additional $10 Admin fee for reinstating your services.
14.3. You, the Virtual Tenant, may "Pause" your Virtual Rental/Lease Property as long as needed, and, as long as you are within the terms of your rental/lease period.
14.4. "Pausing" your services does not stall, delay, or prorate your rental/lease payments. Rental/Lease fees must continue to be paid on time as per Virtual Rental/Lease Agreement.
14.5. You, the Virtual Tenant, acknowledge and understand that your rental/lease period will expire at the end of the Virtual Rent/Lease Agreement. All "Virtual Tenant" content will be deleted, and the Virtual Model will be available for the next renter/leaser.
Service Termination
14.6. You, Virtual Tenant, may terminate the Agreement stated in this digital document. To request termination of services, submit a "Request to Vacate" Ticket to the WIP Forum for processing.
14.7. Virtual Rental/Lease Property will be disabled after the active paid month once the "Request to Vacate" notice is received from You, the Virtual Tenant, unless requested to end before the end of the paid month cycle.
