Can I complete a paper application instead of doing it online?
We strongly encourage you to complete the application process online. The benefits of applying online are faster and easier than dealing with paper applications. Also, applying online using our secure connection will allow you to grab the Model you want. We cannot guarantee that paper applications will be processed quickly. Contact us if you wish to request a paper application.
What if I have a previous virtual eviction? Can I still be approved again?
If you have a Virtual Eviction (meaning your services were terminated for any reason), you will not be approved to use our services. If you disagree with this, you may request to dispute this decision by contact websiterental@griotsites.com.
What if I have bad credit? Can I still be approved?
We do not perform external credit checks to use our services. We do, however, perform an internal credit check to see if a potential renter owes any monies from previous services offered by Griot International, GriotSites Web Hosting & Designs, or Website Rental Listings.
I applied for one Virtual Property, but I see there is another Site Rental that I’d like to take. Can I also apply for that Virtual Property?
If you see another Virtual Demo that you want after applying for the first one, it is recommended that you apply for the second one as well. You will be refunded for the one you decide not to rent or lease.
Can I use one application form to apply for multiple rental properties?
If you wish to rent multiple virtual rentals, you must contact us directly to bill them all on the same invoice.
Is the Setup fee refundable?
The Setup fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the Web Tech's time it takes to prepare your rental/leasing for publish to the internet.
How does the application process work?
A Virtual Web Property Mini Rental Application must be completed along with the setup fee and first month's rent.
The steps to apply for a Virtual Web Property Rental/Leasing with Website Rental Services:
• Once a potential Virtual Renter submits the initial rental or lease payment, our Virtual Living Specialists will send you a mini rental application.
• Website Rental Services will process your application within 24 hours and contact you with any questions or if we require additional information.
• We will run an internal credit check to verify that you do not have any previous issues or balances with our services.
• If your application is declined, you will be notified of our decision via your email.
• If you are approved, you will be contacted via email to set up a conference call. (Please note that the Virtual Web Development Rental is NOT secured until we receive your initial payment and application. This will take the Virtual Website off the market until the rental or leasing period is over.
• After your initial payment and application are approved, we will create the Virtual Lease Agreement or (VLA).
• You will receive a copy of the VLA to sign via electronic signature on the application Site.
